What is reseller hosting?
▼
Reseller hosting lets you sell cPanel accounts under your brand while we run the hardware, network, and platform. You get WHM to create packages, allocate disk, and manage clients — ideal for agencies, freelancers, and small hosts who want recurring revenue without building a datacenter.
How is reseller hosting different from normal shared hosting?
▼
Shared hosting is one account for your own sites. Reseller is many isolated cPanel accounts for your customers, with WHM-level control, pooled storage across your fleet, and tools tuned for partners (templates, DNS patterns, migration queues). You set retail pricing; we handle the metal.
Can I white-label the experience for my clients?
▼
Yes. Private nameservers, branded cPanel touches, and your own support front line are the norm. You integrate billing (WHMCS, Blesta, or your stack) — we stay invisible to your end users unless you want co-branded escalation.
How do website migrations work for my clients?
▼
We support partner migration windows: batch cPanel-to-cPanel moves, DNS cutover checklists, and SSL validation. Higher tiers include priority migration assistance. Give us a manifest of accounts and timelines — we coordinate instead of leaving you to guess.
Is SSL included for every site I host?
▼
Free SSL is included for sites on your reseller accounts the same way as direct shared customers — AutoSSL-style coverage per hostname. Wildcard or specialty certs may need manual steps; ask if you have an unusual SAN layout.
What are account limits and what happens if I exceed them?
▼
Each tier caps how many cPanel users you may create (25, 50, 100, etc.). Storage is pooled NVMe with a fair-use policy spelled out at signup. If you approach limits, we notify you early so you can upgrade or rebalance — surprise invoices are not the model.
Are backups included for reseller accounts?
▼
JetBackup-powered snapshots run per cPanel account. Your clients can self-restore from cPanel; you retain WHM oversight. Retention and frequency follow the plan you are on — check onboarding docs for the exact window.
What support do reseller partners receive?
▼
You get platform-aware help: WHM, DNS templates, package limits, and escalation when a node-level issue appears. We expect you to handle tier-1 for your customers; we back you on infrastructure, security events, and migration complexity.
Can I upgrade my reseller tier later?
▼
Yes. Move from 25 → 50 → 100 seats (or custom arrangements) as your book grows. Upgrades are handled through the client area or partnerships team so account mappings and billing stay clean.
