1. Accounts
You must provide accurate billing and contact information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend Services that pose a security risk, violate law, or degrade network performance.
3. Fees & billing
Fees are billed according to the plan you select. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes. Late payments may incur suspension after notice where required by law.
4. SLA & credits
Service level commitments, if any, are described in our SLA. Credits are your exclusive remedy for qualifying downtime unless applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated via email or client area notice when required.
