1. Eligibility
Refunds apply to first-time purchases of eligible plans. Domain registrations, licenses, migration fees, and third-party add-ons are generally non-refundable once provisioned.
2. How to request
Open a billing ticket from the client area or email hello@example.com with your account ID. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
3. Abuse
Accounts terminated for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.
