Refund Policy

At BenuCloud, we want you to feel confident when you buy hosting. This Refund Policy explains when a refund is available, what is excluded, and how to request one. Please read it carefully before you purchase.

Last updated: July 22, 2026

This Refund Policy works together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Service Level Agreement. If checkout terms for a specific offer differ from this page, the terms shown at checkout for that order prevail.

Quick summary

  • Shared hosting & reseller hosting — 30-day money-back on qualifying new annual (or longer) purchases only.
  • VPS & dedicated serversno refunds after activation.

1. What is eligible for a refund

Refunds under this policy apply only to shared web hosting and reseller hosting purchased directly from BenuCloud. No other products receive a money-back guarantee unless we expressly state otherwise in writing at checkout.

1.1 Shared web hosting

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for shared hosting plans purchased for a period of 1 year or more. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days from the purchase date, you may submit a refund request for an eligible order.

1.2 Reseller hosting

Reseller hosting follows the same rule: a 30-day money-back guarantee on new plans purchased for 1 year or more. If end-user (client) accounts were created under your reseller package, we may require those accounts to be removed or migrated before we complete a refund.

1.3 Conditions for shared & reseller refunds

2. What is not refundable

2.1 VPS hosting

All VPS (Virtual Private Server) plans are strictly non-refundable. Provisioning allocates dedicated CPU, RAM, storage, and network resources immediately. Once a VPS is activated, payment is final. Please review specifications carefully before you buy.

2.2 Dedicated servers

Dedicated server services — including any bare-metal or dedicated hardware products we offer now or in the future — are non-refundable. Exclusive hardware allocation and setup costs mean all payments are final after the service has been provisioned.

2.3 Domains & third-party products

BenuCloud does not sell or register domain names. Domain registration, transfer, and renewal fees from your registrar are outside this policy.

Third-party licenses, paid migrations beyond any free allowance we publish, separate SSL or software add-ons, and custom one-time work are generally non-refundable once delivered or provisioned.

2.4 Abuse & policy violations

Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds, including any unused prepaid time.

3. How to request a refund

Eligible shared or reseller customers should contact us within the 30-day window and include:

Open a billing ticket from the client area, use the helpdesk, or email hello@benucloud.com. We review eligible requests as quickly as possible.

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Time after we issue the refund is outside our control.

SLA service credits for uptime (if any) are separate from this money-back policy — see our Service Level Agreement.

4. Changes to this policy

BenuCloud may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will appear on this page. For the latest rules, check here or ask support. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, except where a specific order’s checkout terms state otherwise.
