This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all users of BenuCloud infrastructure.
1. Prohibited content & activity
No unlawful, infringing, harassing, or exploitative content. No bulk unsolicited email without compliant opt-in processes. No cryptocurrency mining on shared platforms without written approval.
2. Resource fairness
“Unmetered” offerings are subject to reasonable use for typical website workloads. CPU, disk I/O, or email sending patterns that degrade neighbor performance may require plan upgrades or mitigation.
3. Security
You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our network without prior authorization. Compromised accounts must be remediated promptly when notified.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in rate limits, suspension, or termination. We attempt to notify you before action except when immediate mitigation is required.
