1. Eligibility
Refunds apply to first-time purchases of eligible plans. Third-party licenses, paid migration fees beyond our free allowance, and other add-ons are generally non-refundable once provisioned. BenuCloud does not sell domain names; any domain fees charged by your registrar are outside this policy.
2. How to request
Open a billing ticket from the client area or email hello@benucloud.com with your account ID. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
3. Abuse
Accounts terminated for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.
